Acceptance

By accessing techcloudify.digital or engaging TechCloudify for technology expense and controls auditing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Services described

Descriptions of engagements on this site are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in a written engagement letter signed by both parties. Website pricing figures are starting guidance, not offers.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and templates remain the property of TechCloudify. Findings packs delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; TechCloudify retains the right to reuse anonymized methods and non-confidential frameworks.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate documents, timely system access, and truthful process descriptions. Delays in access may extend timelines as stated in the engagement letter.

Liability

TechCloudify performs professional auditing procedures with due care. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. For contracted work, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation.

No statutory audit substitution

Our technology expense and controls reviews do not replace a statutory financial statement audit or licensed attestation required by regulators unless expressly agreed in writing under applicable professional standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Changhua County have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
