About TechCloudify

We are a Changhua-based auditing practice that examines technology expense trails and the operational controls meant to govern them.

Origin

TechCloudify began when finance leaders kept asking the same question after year-end: where did the technology money actually go, and who approved it? Statutory auditors covered the statements; day-to-day subscription sprawl and approval gaps sat in a blind spot. We built a practice around that blind spot—sampling ledgers, walking controls, and writing findings that operations teams can act on.

How we work

Engagements start with a scoping call, not a product demo. We agree the review window, cost centers, and vendor set, then open a data room. Fieldwork mixes remote document review with on-site interviews in Changhua, Taipei, or your nominated office. Findings are ranked by severity and tied to named owners before the closing briefing.

Values

We write findings in plain language. We do not inflate sample sizes to pad fees. We treat delayed document access as a timeline risk, not a client failure—and we say so early. Our relationship with clients is professional and finite: deliver the pack, brief the room, and leave remediation ownership where it belongs.
