Refund & cancellation

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for professional auditing engagements with TechCloudify—technology expense audits, subscription reviews, controls walkthroughs, and vendor reconciliations—subject to the conditions below and the signed engagement letter.

Deposit

A thirty percent deposit typically confirms the kickoff date. The deposit is refundable in full if TechCloudify cancels before fieldwork begins. If the client cancels more than ten business days before kickoff, the deposit is refundable minus a scheduling fee of ten percent of the total engagement fee. Cancellations within ten business days forfeit the deposit.

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if we have not started document review or fieldwork and both parties agree in writing to terminate, or if we are unable to staff the engagement and no alternative date is acceptable.

Partial refund

If work has started—data room review, sampling, or interviews—fees for completed stages are earned. Unused stages may be refunded proportionally based on the engagement letter’s stage plan.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs already incurred with client approval (for example, certified translation of contracts) are non-refundable. Completed findings packs and delivered briefings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Client-requested rescheduling with at least five business days’ notice is usually accommodated once without fee. Later rescheduling or repeated changes may incur a reschedule fee stated in the engagement letter.

No-shows

If scheduled on-site days are missed without twenty-four hours’ notice, those days are charged as delivered.

Work already started

Once sampling or walkthroughs begin, cancellation converts the engagement to a partial delivery: we provide a status memo for work completed and invoice earned fees.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@techcloudify.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
