Data we collect

Inquiry forms collect name, email, optional engagement preference, review window, vendor-count notes, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of process owners and, where necessary, limited personal data appearing in expense records provided by the client.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to estimate requests and schedule work. Engagement data is processed to perform contracted auditing services and meet professional record-keeping duties under Taiwanese law.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement. Engagement working papers are retained according to professional practice, typically seven years, then securely destroyed.

User rights

Subject to applicable Taiwanese personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Submit requests to hello@techcloudify.digital. We respond within a reasonable period.

International transfers

Data is primarily stored and processed in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example, email hosting), we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
