What shapes the estimate
- Number of unique technology vendors in the review window
- Quality and completeness of ledger and card exports
- On-site days required versus remote document review
- Whether a board-ready briefing pack is required in addition to the findings report
How billing works
Most engagements are fixed-fee after scope is agreed. A deposit of thirty percent confirms the kickoff date; the balance is due on delivery of the findings pack. Day-rate work applies only when we add walkthrough days beyond the agreed control-point count.
What we do not sell
We do not offer monthly software subscriptions, seat licenses, or automated monitoring retainers. Fees cover professional auditing time and written deliverables.
